Pippin Technical Service Ltd. bought the building at 301 – 47th Street, East, Saskatoon, SK and wanted to renovate it to become their new office and shop. The overall floor area is 9,354 sq. ft. 

Our scope of work included the demolition of the existing interiors and the complete renovation of the interior space and the mechanical and electrical systems. The renovated space includes offices, learning centre and boardroom, electronic assembly area, lunch room with kitchen, print room, washrooms, shop area, and warehouse.

Pippin Technical wanted to move into their new facility on April 25, 2022 as their lease at their old offices was up on April 30, 2022. We substantially completed the project three days ahead of schedule and Pippin started moving into the facility on April 22, 2022, with a few extra days for the move that they appreciated. We also completed the project within budget.
